App licenses
The iOS app uses Apple's standard end user license agreement. Android license terms appear in our terms of service, alongside the applicable Google Play terms. This page does not create a custom Apple EULA.
Website font
Nunito by Vernon Adams, Cyreal and Jacques Le Bailly is self-hosted under the SIL Open Font License. The website does not request fonts from a third-party font service.
Sample photos and screenshots
Screenshots show the implemented Merpy iOS and Android apps. Sample photos depict a fictional adult and were generated for Merpy's marketing materials. They do not represent a customer, testimonial or endorsement. The small interactive grid is a website demonstration of photo ordering, not the native app.
Names and trademarks
Merpy's website and original branding belong to Yumink. Instagram and Meta, Apple and the App Store, and Google and Google Play are trademarks of their respective owners. Merpy is an independent app with no sponsorship or endorsement from these services.
